This card, the 2002 Yu-Gi-Oh1 Pharaoh’s Servant 1st Edition Jinzo PSA 10, is the first Yu-Gi-Oh! card to hit Dibbs.
Outside of this being the inaugural Yu-Gi-Oh! card, there are several factors that make this a special one.
The truth is, Pharaoh’s Servant is one of the most memorable and impactful sets ever released. With this set came a change in how Yu-Gi-Oh! is collected, and how the game is played as a whole.
The strategy cultivated within the game was completely altered with this set, and one character – Jinzo – gained so much popularity that it had its own fan base all to itself.
Here, we’ll touch on the history of the Pharaoh’s Servant booster set, the history of this specific card, and Jinzo himself.

Among the first 11 sets known as “Classic Yu-Gi-Oh!”, Pharaoh's servant was the fourth booster set released. The set comes with 105 cards, and like all classic sets, it combines two Japanese sets: Thousand-Eyes Bible and Curse of Anubis.
In the set, there are five different rarities, broken down like this:
A Pharaoh’s Servant box can come in either a 24, or 36 pack variety, with the 24-pack being a Hobby box and the 36-pack a Retail box.
Besides the difference in the number of packs, both are largely the same, with one discernible difference: Retail boxes contain Imperial Order while hobby boxes have Jinzo. Retail boxes typically go for more than hobby boxes, simply because of the twelve extra packs per set, despite hobby boxes containing more valuable secrets per set.
As a Level 6 Dark Machine with 2400 ATK and 1500 DEF, the character Jinzo took on a more realized form in the Yu-Gi-Oh television series where Espa Roba, who is known for playing Psychic Decks that contain mostly Machine-Type monsters, used Jinzo in battle against Katzuya Jonouchi.
Espa later lost Jinzo to Joey Wheeler where Jinzo was still used regularly. As interest in the TV series grew, Jinzo appeared as a character who is a Duel Monster Spirit awakened by the school's occult club, seeking souls so he may exist in the human world.
This 2002 Yu-Gi-Oh! Pharaoh's Servant 1st Edition Jinzo PSA 10 comes from the October 2002 Pharaoh’s Servant expansion pack. This was the fourth expansion release from Yu-Gi-Oh at the time.
This specific Jinzo card was seen as an incredibly powerful card. In fact, it was thought to be as powerful as a Level 6 Dark Machine that nearly every Duelist had one in their deck.
Due to Jinzo’s ability to negate nearly every trap card in the game, he is almost impossible to defeat.
Ultimately, this is an extremely popular and powerful card. Jinzo, as mentioned above, is nearly impossible to defeat. Combine all that with PSA 10 card that has a POP of 69, is it a great card to begin with, or simply add to your Yu-Gi-Oh! collection.
